About the Society

We are a non-profit charitable society, founded in 2014, providing free rehabilitation support, parental guidance, and awareness/community programmes for children with disabilities, particularly Cerebral Palsy. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on donor contributions.

Donations

All donations made through this site are voluntary contributions towards our charitable activities. Donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (valid from AY 2027–28 to 2031–32), subject to applicable law. Use of this Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users’ access to it.

Payment Processing

Online donations are processed through third-party, RBI-regulated payment gateway partners. We do not store your card, bank, or UPI credentials on our servers.

Limitation of Liability

The Society makes reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of this website, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
