Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dr. Vimi P.S. Memorial Charitable Society (“the Society”, “we”, “us”) gratefully accepts donations to support free rehabilitation, parental guidance, and community programmes for children with disabilities.

Donations

Donations made through this website, whether one-time or recurring (via UPI Autopay/eNACH mandate), are a voluntary contribution to our charitable work and are non-refundable once processed, except in the following cases:

  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same donation.
  • An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified payment-gateway or processing error.

In either case, write to drvimimemorialsociety@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference/transaction ID. Verified refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Recurring Donations (Autopay/eNACH Mandates)

If you set up a recurring donation, you authorise the Society to debit your bank account/UPI handle on the frequency you select (e.g. monthly), via a mandate registered with our payment partner. You may cancel this mandate at any time by:

Cancellation stops future debits; it does not refund amounts already collected under the mandate, which follow the refund terms above.
