In whose memory we serve
Dear Friends, Well-Wishers, and Supporters,
Welcome to the Dr. Vimi P.S. Memorial Charitable Society. Losing our dear friend and colleague, Dr. Vimi P.S., left an irreplaceable void. She was a doctor defined by her profound empathy, warmth, and dedication to healing. In the wake of her untimely demise, her MBBS batchmates, family, and well-wishers faced a choice: to simply mourn, or to ensure her light kept shining. We chose to let her legacy heal.
Founded in 2014, this Society is the living embodiment of Dr. Vimi’s spirit. As medical professionals and loved ones, we recognized a critical need for structured, compassionate, and entirely free support for differently-abled children, particularly those with Cerebral Palsy. Our mission is simple: to ensure that no child is left behind.
For over a decade, we have provided rehabilitation, parental guidance, and community initiatives—100% free of cost. The heartbeat of this initiative is entirely independent. We receive no government funding; our work is sustained solely by the unwavering generosity of Dr. Vimi’s medical batchmates, family, and global well-wishers. Furthermore, our official 80G tax-exempt status (valid through AY 2031–32) ensures your contributions are structurally supported.
To our lifelong supporters and batchmates: thank you for keeping Vimi’s memory alive. To our new visitors: we invite you to join hands with us. Whether through professional expertise, volunteering, or financial support, you can help us bring smiles and independence to these beautiful children.
Thank you for walking this journey with us.
Warm regards,
Dr. Arun Krishna,
President, Dr. Vimi P.S. Memorial Charitable Society.
